Venues with a capacity of 800 or more fall under the enhanced tier, which has more detailed requirements including an SIA-approved security plan.

The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 applies to venues in England, Scotland, and Wales only.
Venues without regular public access are generally outside the scope of Martyn's Law. It's worth confirming with your local authority, but you likely don't need to act.
